EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
To be Held in the Clubrooms Upstairs on Sunday 8th March at 12 noon
Registration will be open from 11am
Purpose of Meeting is to adopt the Waipa Workingmen’s Club Incorporated New Constitution.
The reason for updating the Club Constitution is to make sure that we are in line with the requirements for Incorporated Societies Act 2022 which replaces the old 1908 Act, The Club must Re-register the new Club Constitution by 5th April 2026.
